Line for corrosion and wear protection

These systems were specially developed to coat components on an industrial scale with very high productivity. The microwave technology we have developed enables us to achieve very short coating times combined with absolute reproducibility. In addition to customized coating systems, we also build assembly and testing solutions for our customers, including pioneering manufacturing processes and technologies.

Line for tool coating

The coating of tools is an important topic in many metalworking companies. We offer a wide range of solutions for coating systems. Particularly noteworthy is the duplex technology, whereby plasma nitriding and coating can be combined in one system.

Line for inline coating

New markets such as e-mobility and hydrogen technology are placing new demands on coating technology. The current focus is on protective and contact layers for bipolar plates or barrier layers. The components are often flat substrates that can only be coated cost-effectively using inline technology. For this purpose, a broad portfolio of equipment is available for a wide range of applications
