This includes the procurement of catalog and drawing parts as well as commercial goods and services of third parties, especially for indirect production needs

Services Hotline & Emergency Support

Discontinued & used parts are discontinued components and golden parts, some of which are also available as second-hand goods
Another focus topic is the procurement or recommendation of an alternative solution for discontinued components in order to minimize the operational risk of the machinery
Used parts, partially refurbished or overhauled, can be seen as an economical option compared to the procurement of new components
Combining this with consulting in the area of End of Life Management (EOL management), customer-specific requirements and the case-specific environment for finding solutions are taken into account

Exchange parts pool

The exchange parts pool is a particularly designed exchange parts system consisting of defined or discontinued components to ensure long-term machine availability
Currently available exchange parts are for example Bosch Rexroth operator terminals IndraControl VPP21 or CPS 21
The pool guarantees the instant replacement of defect components with used ones that have already been repaired and overhauled
The extension of the pool with additional exchange parts is possible upon request and according to customer requirements

Repair services include the handling of classic repair tasks as well as professional calibrations
The aim is to ensure the repair of machines, components and equipment from all manufacturers, having worldwide logistics in accordance with Bosch quality standards in place
