With the BMG Pure Water System, we convert seawater into ultrapure process water for electrolysis – chemical-free, energy-efficient, and emission-free. This extends the lifetime of electrolyzer systems and enables sustainable hydrogen production, even in remote or off-grid locations.

The BMG Electrolyzer Stack Testing System enables innovative, efficient, and safe end-of-line testing for PEM electrolyzer stacks >1 MW. It ensures the safety and performance of this key hydrogen production technology through automated contacting at the anode, cathode, and power supply. This automation reduces test time, increases accuracy, and minimizes human error.
Our customized BMG Electrolyzer (2.5 MW) is a high-performance, scalable solution for sustainable hydrogen production. It delivers up to 46 kg/h (514 Nm³/h) of hydrogen with ISO 14687-2:2012 purity, operating at 28–32 bar. Power consumption ranges from 320 to 3000 kW, with water use between 35 and 640 kg/h, depending on capacity. Housed in 40-foot containers, the system integrates electrolysis, gas purification, and cooling.
Our Fuel Cell portfolio includes efficient PEMFC solutions for reliable fuel cell performance. This includes PEMFC testing, assembly and testing of Fuel Cell Power Modules, as well as various coating applications to enhance performance and lifespan.
