Wir verstehen uns als Systemintegrator und Generalunternehmer von unterschiedlichen Fertigungssystemen, bestehend aus den sog. "Building Systems", Einzelprozesssytemen, sowie Transport- und Transfersystemen. Diese reichen von der Montage über die Prozesstechnik bis hin zur Prüftechnik und verfügen über einen stabilen und langjährig erprobten Baukasten.  Unsere Building Systems vereinen unterschiedliche Taktzeiten, Produktgrößen, Gewichte und Arbeitsaufgaben und bilden somit die optimale Grundlage für eine flexible und vernetzte mechatronische Fertigung.  Basierend auf dem Know-how des Bosch Produktionssystems planen wir die Fertigung unserer Kunden individuell und den Anforderung entsprechend. Werkzeuge der Simulation sichern diese Planung ab.  Das innovative und ergonomische Maschinendesign HMX (Human Machine Experience) kombiniert die Bereiche Experience Design und Design Thinking als menschzentrierte Methode.  Darüber hinaus planen, konstruieren und fertigen wir Fördersysteme für verschiedene industrielle Anwendungen.  Mit unserem vollstufig aufgestellten internationalen Projektteam unterstützen wir unsere Kunden weltweit vor Ort.

Automated, flexible and intelligent manufacturing systems for your production

We see ourselves as a system integrator and general contractor of various assembly systems, consisting of Building Systems, Single Process Systems, as well as Conveyor Systems. These range from assembly and process technology to testing technology, based on a stable modular system that has been tried and tested over many years. Our Building Systems combine different cycle times, product sizes, weights and work tasks and thus form the optimal basis for flexible and networked mechatronic manufacturing. Based on the know-how of the Bosch Production System, we plan the production of our customers individually and according to the requirements. Simulation tools secure this planning. Through user experience design and design thinking as a human-centered method, we developed the innovative and ergonomic machine design HMX (Human Machine Experience). Furthermore we plan, design and manufacture conveyor systems for various industrial applications. With our fully integrated international project team we support our customers worldwide on site.

The high degree of mechatronic (mechanical, electrical, software) standardization with an ergonomic user interface is a prerequisite for worldwide and time-independent remote maintenance and software updates during operation.  The configurability results in sustainable advantages such as high flexibility towards change, reusability as well as savings in spare parts inventory.  In line with this, we offer a wide range of assembly and handling processes, such as joining, screwing and press-fitting, as well as feeding and transporting, up to complex setting and adjustment processes, which are constantly being further developed by our interdisciplinary teams of experts.

In addition to entire assembly lines (building systems), we also plan and manufacture individual process stations, so-called Single-Process-Systems.

These can be integrated into larger overall systems or into an existing production network.
