Five days, 1,800 exhibitors, countless live streams, 90,000 registered participants and 10,500 products. This is the summary of this year's Hannover Messe, which took place for the first time in purely digital form from April 12 - 16, 2021 due to corona. Bosch Manufacturing Solutions also presented itself together with Bosch Rexroth and Bosch Connected Industry and showed what the transformable factory of the future could look like.

User-optimized platforms with standardized hardware and software interfaces for various mechanical and electronic elements as well as intelligent controls form the basis.

A wide variety of process modules for a wide range of products can be integrated on this basic platform - from assembly, joining and handling processes to complex testing processes and high-precision machining as well as intelligent control processes.

Mechatronic construction kit for dispensing applications

The Smart Function Kit for Dispensing is a mechatronic construction kit consisting of mechanics, automation hardware of the ctrlX AUTOMATION platform and software, especially for applications such as gluing, spraying, filling and potting.

HMX takes a holistic view of the product systems and defines performance through the functional structure and arrangement of the components. This enables the mapping of different process module depths. Simple and precise functional surfaces with form connections underline the attention to detail.

We create a concise corporate identity through a high degree of order and innovation through a distinctive product language.

The product architecture is consistent through standardization and enables a new manufacturing quality over the complete HMX framework, starting with fully automated processes and process steps with standing / sitting workstations.

The creation of an optimized human-machine interface in hardware and software enables optimal orientation in terms of flexibility and modularization. The user-friendly product usage for a positive user experience is in the foreground in all developments.

Intelligent Machine Cell

The individually synchronized components of the kit significantly reduce the engineering effort. Commissioning is faster and easier than with conventional axis systems. Thanks to the intuitive user interfaces and predefined interfaces, different dispensing heads can be easily connected. The creation of specific program sequences does not require any programming knowledge.

When integrating the subsystem into an overall system, we support you with prefabricated function modules and significantly reduce the integration effort.

The subsystem can be integrated into a complete machine using the example of the Human Machine Experience (HMX) framework.
